I used S&S LUXURY CONSTRUCTIONS after a lot of research and reading reviews. I’m so glad I did. I love my new kitchen, bathroom and garage. Its better than i ever imagined, I have had so many positive comments from friends and family. Sunny has been brilliant throughout, he gave me some great ideas and advice and was always available. His team was polite, friendly and very tidy. I would highly recommend to everyone.. I am getting my loft conversion done in a few months and will be using them again. I’m so glad I have a builder I can rely on and trust. Thank you Sunny!!!!

We used SS to have our roof redone in December for a house we’d just bought. As we were pleased with the work done we decided to give them a couple of other jobs that we were advised had to be done urgently (electric and heating systems). Sunny listened to our needs and advised us and helped us how to save some money also making sure to come and check that the work was being done properly. It was completed with a bit of a delay but it was being done over Christmas, so overall we are satisfied with the work done and with Sunny being prompt in replying to calls and requests. Will be using again

I used s and s luxury to do my side extension of my property. The team was very professional and most of all very tidy. I have had bad experiences in the past and I must say having used this company was completely reassuring. I am very happy with the quality of work , and the guidance given and highly recommend them.

We needed a main drainage and damp problem sorted out ( our last builder’s shoddy workmanship ). Sunny thoroughly investigated the drainage/pipes, he and his team laid a new channel and put a soakaway in. New tarmac laid, garden put back together, swept and hosed everything down . Left neat and tidy – just how you want it. What a hard working, efficient and friendly team – Sunny informed, communicated and up-dated us all the time , which was much appreciated. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Definitely recommend sunny . 100% commitment to the job unlike my previous builder that did a crap job. He takes pride in the job he takes on .Any problems he will return to fix.Definitely will be using him again

Really happy with the finish.. Real polite man (Sunny).. nothing was a problem. Worked around my times which sometimes meant coming in the afternoon snd staying till 11pm to finish the jobs.. would definitely recommend wellbeing using him again to do my kitchen renovation.
